 A holiday without worries! Mobility Guarantee The mobility guarantee is included in the price of all Friesland Holland Bicycle Tours. This unique service means that, wherever you are in the province of Friesland (excluding the West Frisian Islands), you can be assured of replacement transportation if you have an accident or technical trouble with your bicycle (own or hired) along the way and are unable to have it repaired within an hour *) on the spot or at a local bicycle repair shop. You will receive a good quality replacement bicycle with 8 gears and saddlebags for loan and/or you will be transported to the final destination of the day by the Friesland Holland Assistance car. On your request, the Friesland Holland Assistance car can take your own bicycle to the bicycle repair shop nearest to your accommodation. You are responsible for paying the costs of repairs to your bicycle. The advantage of this assistance is that you can continue your trip right away. This service is offered from 10.00 to 18.00, 7 days a week, from 1 May to 1 September. *) Flat tyres can be repaired within an hour. To avoid any inconvenience along the way, we recommend that you use Dutch Perfect No Flat Tyre anti-puncture tyres on your bicycle. The rental bicycles are already fitted with these tyres. Dutch Perfect No Flat Tyre anti-puncture tyres have been found to be one of the best tires available by the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) and can be purchased at better bicycle shops.
